Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project milestones according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with design/ digital team to clarify clients requirements.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Desired Candidate Profile.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records about inventory and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests/issues and provide solutions.
  • Utilize Advanced MS Excel to analyze and report on customer data and provide insights. To analyze Client data and improve their decision-making process and product experience.
  • To monitor product functionality.
  • Review analytics and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are providing the best possible.
  • Customer experience and aid with ideas to evolve with product design and development

Preferred candidate profile :-

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions is preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and demo requests simultaneously.
