You can add speakers manually or import them in bulk. Each speaker profile can include a photo, bio, job title, company, and direct links to the sessions they’re presenting. You can also link a speaker to an existing attendee record — so they appear in both the speaker list and the networking area.
💡 Tip: Always link speakers to their attendee profile if they are also registered for the event. This lets them receive push notifications, show up in networking, and use the full app — rather than just appearing as a static speaker card.
Sponsor profiles include logos, descriptions, tier or category, contact details, and links. You can toggle sponsors as active or inactive, and the agent can pull stats on how many attendees viewed or engaged with each sponsor’s profile.
💡 Tip: After the event, ask the agent for sponsor engagement stats and include them in your post-event report. Specific numbers — profile views, clicks, connections — dramatically improve sponsor renewal conversations.
Exhibitors have their own dedicated section in the app, typically styled as an Expo Floor. You can manage profiles, feature key exhibitors at the top of the list, generate QR codes for lead capture, and track attendee engagement per exhibitor.
Speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors can all be assigned to specific sessions — linking them directly to the agenda so attendees can see who is involved in each session.
