Sessions are the building blocks of your event agenda. You can create individual sessions by telling the agent the session name, date, time, location or room, and any speakers or tracks involved.
Running a conference with 50+ sessions? Skip manual entry entirely and import your full agenda from a spreadsheet in one go. The agent will confirm what has been created and flag any issues.
💡 Tip: Use bulk import when building your initial agenda. Once it’s in, you can make individual tweaks through the agent for any last-minute changes — far quicker than re-importing the whole file.
You can view who has RSVP’d to any session, add attendees to a session’s RSVP list, or remove them. This is especially useful for capacity-managed workshops or breakout sessions.
The agent can check attendees into specific sessions in real time — great for tracking breakout room attendance or managing access to ticketed sessions. You can also undo a check-in if needed.
💡 Tip: Use session check-in data to prove ROI to sponsors after the event. "Your sponsored workshop had 87 confirmed attendees" is far more compelling than an estimate — and it’s data only Eventify can provide.
Need to shift all afternoon sessions by 30 minutes? The agent can bulk-update sessions — saving you from editing each one individually. Just describe the change and it will apply it across the board.
