Eventify’s analytics give you a real-time view of how your event is performing — from registrations and check-in rates through to session attendance, sponsor engagement, and networking activity.
You can pull reports on how many attendees have logged into the app, who has physically checked into the event, and who opened the app but didn’t show up on the day. You can export all of these lists for post-event reporting.
💡 Tip: The "logged in but not checked in" list is gold for re-engagement. These are people who downloaded the app and were curious enough to open it, but didn’t make it on the day. A targeted follow-up email to this group consistently outperforms general post-event campaigns.
For each session, you can see how many attendees RSVP’d, how many checked in, how many viewed it in the app, and what the average rating was. This tells you which content genuinely resonated and which sessions underperformed expectations.
You can see exactly how many attendees visited each sponsor or exhibitor profile, how many favourited them, and how many QR scans were recorded at their stand. This data is essential for your post-event sponsor report.
💡 Tip: Send sponsors their individual engagement numbers within 48 hours of the event. Speed plus specificity — "Your profile had 143 views and 27 QR scans" — dramatically improves sponsor renewal conversations.
Track how many connections were made, how many meetings were booked and confirmed, what the most searched keywords were in the app, and which social posts generated the most engagement.
See who your top-ranked attendees are on the gamification leaderboard, which challenges they’ve completed, and how activity levels trended across the event.
