The Best Event Q&A and Engagement Platform

Set up event Q&A for the sessions at your conference. Make it easier than ever for attendees to ask questions, and get instant responses from speakers – driving up the overall engagement levels. Here’s how you can get started.

Step 1: Sign on to your Eventify account (or create a New Account).

Step 2: Click on the ‘Features’ tab on the left panel. All the available features (Modules and Content) will be displayed.

Step 3: Click on the ‘ADD’ button next to ‘Polls & Live QA’. The button text will change to ‘ADDED’.

This action will activate the Live Q&A feature for your event. You can now proceed to set things up in the admin panel.

Setting Up Live Q&A For Your Events

Push up audience interactions and event engagement to the next level with Eventify’s live Q&A feature. Here’s how you need to set it up:

Step 1: Sign on to your Eventify account.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Polls & Live QA’ tab on the left panel. The corresponding admin screen will be displayed.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Live QA’ tab.

Step 4: From the drop-down list, select the session you want to set up Live Q&A for.

(You need to add the full event schedule first, along with the speakers)

Step 5: Click on the +ADD QA button on the right side. This will open the ‘Create Live QA’ popup.

Step 6: On the popup, add a question. Then, click on SAVE.

The question will be added, and will be displayed on the mobile event app. You can track the number of replies to the question, and can highlight it (the star button) as well.You also have the option of unpublishing any question at any time (the toggle button next to the question).

Step 7: Proceed to add more questions to the session.

Step 8: Continue similarly to add questions to other sessions.

Better Speaker-Attendee Interactions With Live Q&A

In the last section, we focused on how you can add questions to the ‘Live QA’ section from the backend. This feature can also be used by the event attendees to initiate seamless two-way communication with speakers. Here’s how:

Step 1: During a session, the speaker and the attendees keep the event app open.

Step 2: Attendees select that session on the app. Then, the attendees can post a question.

Step 3: The speaker can instantly view the question on the app. (S)he can proceed to answering the question.

Step 4: From the admin panel, you can monitor the questions that are being posted. You can highlight any question, unpublish irrelevant questions, and view replies.

Note: Eventify’s Live Q&A feature does away with the need for scheduling separate question-answer modules at the end of a session. All Q&A activities can be integrated inside the speaker sessions, directly via the event app.
